The 39th Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. Eric M. Smith, presents a gift to the Singapore Chief of the Army, Brig. Gen. Dexian Cai, during an official call at the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) in Singapore on Mar. 24, 2025. General Smith visited the MINDEF to meet with national Singaporean defense officials about long-term defense relations and how the Marine Corps and the Singapore Armed Forces can better train and operate in the Indo Pacific region together.
