Melissa Seacat, 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, Air Force Reserve, briefs Air Vice-Marshal Ranald Munro, commandant general of the Royal Auxiliary Air Force and chief of Staff Reserves, and his team as well as leaders from the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, March 17, 2025. Seacat discussed the Air Force Reserve Command’s aeromedical evacuation mission ahead of a training flight aboard a C-17 Globemaster III. The engagement, part of the Reserve Allies and Partners Program, aimed to strengthen interoperability and readiness through international partnerships. Over four days, Munro and his team observed briefings and demonstrations highlighting Reserve operations at the Pentagon, in-flight aeromedical training, and Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia.
