Lance Cpl. Torffic Hassan, a Marine reservist with 6th Communications Battalion, became a naturalized U.S. citizen March 22 during a Naturalization Ceremony at the Federal Hall National Memorial, here. Hassan immigrated to the United States four years ago from the Republic of Ghana in West Africa.
