Lance Cpl. Anthony Johnson, a ground support equipment representative with Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 268, from Phoenix, hits a ball deep into left field in his team’s first regular season softball game at Camp Pendleton, Calif., March 19. The softball games are part of a competition known as the Commanding General’s Cup. The cup has 23 events and allows Marines an opportunity to develop unit cohesion through competition outside of the work area.
