U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Alex Florkowski, 45th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron craftsmen, simulates tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) during Operation Blue Horizon at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, Feb. 25, 2025. Blue Horizon is an annual training that brings together Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen from across the country to train a higher standard of patient care during contingency scenarios.
