U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Matthew Hobbs, rifleman with Alpha Company, Marine Barracks Washington, is meritoriously promoted to the rank of Corporal during a ceremony held at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., Mar 4, 2025. Hobbs was selected after competing in a meritorious promotion board comprised of “exceptionally well qualified” Marines.
