Specialist Ramses Ramirez, infantryman, 1st Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, winner of the overall male three-mile, finishes the race during the Luck of the Volunteer, six- and three-mile fun run/walk, hosted by the Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation and the Red Cross, March 15, 2013, at the Iron Horse Sports and Fitness Center.
