Iraqi-speaking participants were used to play the roles of villagers and translators during 3rd Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment's cordon and knock field-training exercise at Fort Wainwright April 15. The Iraqi-speaking participants were used to help Soldiers learn how to deal with language barriers with civilians in the Middle East.
