Republic of Korea Army Brig. Gen. Seo Dongseol, second to the right, head of the Logistics Department, Military Support Headquarters, ROK Joint Chiefs of Staff, and senior leaders with Logistics Operations and Transportation Support Battalion, ROK Port Operations Group, receive a tour aboard the United States Naval Ship Dahl (T-AKR 312) during Freedom Banner 25 at Chinhae Naval Base, South Korea, Feb. 17, 2025. Senior leaders of the ROK military visited USNS Dahl to observe and discuss prepositioning vessel operations during Freedom Banner 25 to enhance the maritime transportation experience and knowledge of the ROK military. Freedom Banner 25 is a Maritime Prepositioning Force exercise where 3rd Marine Logistics Group offloads equipment and provides support to III Marine Expeditionary Force units throughout South Korea for the exercises Korean Marine Exchange Program 25.1 and Freedom Shield 25.
