    Cpl. Stephen B. Clark and Somkeart Nilpet stage clean water May 11 to be used for an upcoming U.S. humanitarian assistance and disaster relief mission to Burma. Clark is a traffic management specialist with the Exercise Cobra Gold 2008 Joint Movement Control Center.
