Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 share a coconut with local Cameroonian villagers during a site survey in preparation for building two new medical centers. NMCB 4 sailors are partnering with members of the Cameroon Battalion d'Intervention on construction projects in Cameroon as part of Africa Partnership Station (APS).
