U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Christopher Williams, Staff Judge Advocate, Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz and Sgt. Dustin Nasrallah, network administrator, MCB Camp Blaz perform pull-ups during unit physical training on MCB Camp Blaz, Guam, Jan. 29, 2025. Marines and Sailors participated in a 3 mile back to front sprint, ab circuit, and conducted 200 pull-ups as a team to enhance unit cohesion and to promote physical fitness through competition.
