Medical personnel, both officer and enlisted, from the 136th and 147th Medical Group, Texas Air National Guard, participate in TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) Tier 2 training at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Jan. 31, 2025. The course consisted of specialized instruction on how to render life-saving aid in combat situations and utilized state-of-the-art training mannequins that replicate the effects of traumatic injuries such as profuse bleeding.
