Ally Campo, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency scientific recovery expert, measures the water depth on a certain part of a river during a recovery mission in Laos, Jan. 17, 2025. DPAA personnel checked the level of the river to determine if it was possible to build a dam to temporarily change the water flow during the recovery mission.
