Staff Sgt. Jessica Garcia, 100th Security Forces Squadron Visitor Control Center noncommissioned officer in charge from Apple Valley, Minn., is the first female to cross the finish line at a wing run March 8, 2013 on Perimeter Road near the Hardstand Fitness Center on RAF Mildenhall, England. Garcia completed the 5K run with a time of 19.22.
