U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Benelux Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) prevention program teaches responsible drinking through the two-day “Prime for Life” course, available to all U.S. personnel assigned to the Benelux; and local nationals on a space-available basis. The class helps participants separate the myths from facts about drinking.
