U.S. Army Maj. Aaron Norris, the associate conductor and officer in charge of the Army Ceremonial Band, the Army Herald Trumpets, motions to the band during a ceremonial rehearsal ahead of the 60th Presidential Inauguration at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., Jan. 12, 2025.
