Chief Warrant Officer 2 Stephanie Wire, the Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego shooting team captain, currently serving as the officer in charge of the Marine Band at MCRD San Diego, was awarded the 2013 Holcomb Trophy during an award ceremony here, March 8, 2013.
