University of Arkansas Army ROTC cadets take detailed notes of an interactive classroom session on basic soldier skills, Feb. 14, 2024, in Fayetteville, Ark. By both teaching and receiving basic military instruction, cadets strengthen their own confidence to lead others.
Engaging with hands-on instruction, the new cadets build their military knowledge, learning the tactics, discipline and leadership needed as future Army officers.
