Ralph Rizzo, commander of Marine Corps Installations East, tour a barracks room with Gunnery Sgt. Yovanni Toledo, Blount Island Command headquarters company first sergeant, during a tour of support services Dec. 10 at Naval Station Mayport in Florida. They had arrived from nearby Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island, the hub of the Marine Corps’ prepositioning programs. It's the home of Blount Island Command and its worldwide mission supporting Marine expeditionary forces.
