Retired U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Evan Davis, white cap, fires an air rifle during the shooting portion of the Marine Corps Trials aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Mar. 4, 2013. The trials are held annually and allow wounded warriors to compete in archery, cycling, swimming, basketball, volleyball, track and field, shooting, and strength training.
