A U.S. military amphibious landing exercise is underway on a sandy beach. A Landing Craft Utility (LCU) numbered 1659 has beached and lowered its bow ramp, discharging what appears to be an M1 Abrams main battle tank into the surf. A second armored vehicle, likely an M88 Recovery Vehicle or similar tracked vehicle, is already positioned on the beach with personnel visible on top.
