Commander Trimble was raised in Des Moines, Iowa and in 2002, he commissioned as a Navy Reserve LDO designator 6125. While serving in the Navy Reserve, Commander Trimble served as the Reserve OIC for USS Frank Cable AS-40 DET B, Reserve Commanding Officer of NR NSF Whidbey Island and NR NSF Bremerton. In 2014, Commander Trimble redesignated to TAR HR. As a TAR HR Officer, Commander Trimble commanded NRC Billings, NRC Knoxville, NTAG Jacksonville and RTAG Central.
