Crew members of Coast Guard Station Channel Islands Harbor, operate their new 45-foot response boat medium (RBM), Feb. 27, 2013. The RBM will replace the stations aged 41-foot utility boat, allowing the Coast Guard members to more efficiently complete a variety of Coast Guard missions.
