U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. John Mills, a crew chief with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 367, Marine Aircraft Group 39, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, demonstrates the proper use of a hoist system during helo-casting training at Kin Blue, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 31, 2024. The training consisted of Marines executing multiple insertions with their tactical gear and combat rubber raiding crafts. Through realistic and cohesive training, III Marine Expeditionary Force increases its ability to rapidly deploy and employ forces.
