U.S. Army Sgt. Mark Deleon, an artilleryman assigned to the 1st Battalion, 6th Field Artillery Regiment gives Korean War Veteran Howard Priest his deployment patch at the Brandenburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brandenburg, Ky., Feb 14. Deleon and a few fellow soldiers volunteered to spend the morning with residents at the assisted living community and brought Valentine’s Day cards and candy.
