Not one to follow road signs, Staff Sgt. David Bice of 206th Engineering Company and Frankfurt, Ky., native, breaks the speed limit while sprinting for the finish of 3rd Infantry Division's "Rock of the Marne" 5K race. Bice had the overall best time at 17 minutes, 5 seconds.
