North Carolina Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (NCHART) crew are hoisted aboard a North Carolina National Guard UH-72 Lakota helicopter at Camp Butner National Guard Training Site here, Feb. 20. More than 100 fire, rescue, emergency management, NCNG soldiers and other first responders gathered at the camp for a three-day training event. The team paired specially trained first responders with NCNG and North Carolina State Highway Patrol helicopter crews for aerial rescues in difficult and dangerous terrain.
