SCHRIEVER SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Space Delta 9’s 3rd Space Operations Squadron dedicated their state-of-the-art orbital warfare training room to retired U.S. Air Force Col. John F. Anthony during a ceremony at Schriever Space Force Bas Colorado, October 17, 2024. The dedication provides an enduring honor and tribute for Col. Anthony’s outstanding and honorable service to the Department of the Air Force. He served more than 45 years in space systems engineering, operations, leadership, program management, and education roles. Jack is respected in the United States Space Force’s Orbital Warfare and Space Domain Awareness communities, and despite retirement, is always available to be called upon to explain “space stuff.” (U.S. Space Force Photo by Tiana Williams)
