The Capabilities Development & Exercises (CAPEX) Working Conference launched today to strengthen the capabilities and cooperation of allies and partners in the region. Hosted by the Joint United States Military Assistance Group – Thailand (JUSMAGTHAI), the event kicked off with an early morning Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) involving senior military leadership from various units.
