Spc. Gregory Kastner, a Wayzata, Minn., native, patrols a marketplace in the Taji Qada, northwest of Baghdad, May 1, ensuring businesses and shoppers remain safe while economic prosperity increases. Several improvements including road paving, sidewalks and individual shop improvements are being made due to the increase of businesses in this market.
