    U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Joseph Swartout, assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Special Troops Battalion, 7th Sustainment Brigade, describes the purpose of the string used for the Bridger Line Throwing Appliance to 1st Sgt.
