Silippalaka is a veterinarian and was a guest speaker for the cooperative health engagement. During the engagement, participants discussed healthy living techniques and proper medical treatments. Exercise Cobra Gold includes humanitarian and civic assistance projects, a staff exercise and field training exercises. Joint and multinational training is vital to maintaining the readiness and interoperability of all participating military forces. Hegge is a field veterinarian with 106th Medical Detachment (Veterinary Service Support), 65th Medical Brigade, 8th Army.
