U.S. Army Soldiers attached to B Co. 1-502 Infantry Regiment, 2 Mobile Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), help a civilian with moving his property at Marshall, North Carolina on October 9th, 2024. As part of our homeland defense mission, the Department of Defense, through U.S. Nothern Command and in support of FEMA, provides necessary support to civil authorities in the wake of any natural disasters when directed and approved by the Secretary of Defense.
