    Sgt. Maj. of the Army Kenneth Preston (center) joins Soldiers from Company B, 204th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, in a group huddle, as Soldiers reach to put their hands in before shouting out company motto: "Black Knights!" May 1 at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin. The 2nd BCT Soldiers are currently training to go to Iraq, though no official orders have been issued yet.
