U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Joseph De La Cruz demonstrates for Thai medical personnel how to wrap an abdominal wound on a simulated victim Feb. 12 during tactical combat casualty care training at Wing One Royal Thai Air Force Base, Nakhon Ratchasima, Kingdom of Thailand, during exercise Cobra Gold 2013. CG 13 provided another opportunity for Thailand and the U.S. to demonstrate their continued cooperation and enduring commitment to regional partners. De La Cruz is a corpsman with Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
