Gen. Raimundas Vaikšnoras, who became the Lithuanian Armed Forces Chief of Defense July 24, visited Fort Indiantown Gap and met with Pennsylvania National Guard senior leaders, including newly appointed acting Adjutant General, Brig. Gen. John R. Pippy, for the first time as the CHOD.
