The Vehicle-Integrated Camouflage System (VICS), the winning innovation of XVIII Airborne Corps’ Dragon’s Lair 10, allows camouflage netting to be assembled more efficiently, using less personnel in a shorter amount of time. Dragon’s Lair was developed as a way to give Soldiers of any rank across the Department of Defense a platform to convey their innovative ideas and concepts to civilian technical experts and senior military leaders.
