U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Brett Meil, a Marine combat instructor with Training Company, Infantry Training Battalion (ITB), School of Infantry West, addresses Marines with ITB during an award ceremony at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Sept. 24, 2024.
