Staff Sgt. Essoham Bakai, an Army Reserve finance specialist with the 7th Mission Support Command, reenlists indefinitely, Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, at the command headquarters at Daenner Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Bakai enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve at the age of 40. He now serves in the command's finance directorate as active duty operational support.
The 7th mission Support Command is THE U.S. U.S. Army Reserve Army Reserve presence in Europe. Comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th MSC provides logistical and sustainment resources in support of U.S. Army Europe - Africa missions across the theater.
