U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Todd Strobel, an Army historian with the 319th Military History Detachment, received a coin for excellence from Lt. Col. Joseph Garcia, commander of the 97th Chemical Battalion, 7th Mission Support Command, for his role in enabling the history detachment's mobilization in support of U.S. Army Europe-Africa missions during a ceremony Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024 at Daenner Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany.
The 7th Mission Support Command is THE U.S. Army Reserve presence in Europe. Comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th MSC provides logistical and sustainment resources in support of U.S. Army Europe-Africa.
