The 245th Air Traffic Control Squadron conducts a change of command ceremony, Sept. 7, 2024, at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, South Carolina, in which out-going commander, U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Zachary Counts relinquishes his command to Lt. Col. Bradley Cline. U.S. Air Force Lt. Col.
