Members of U.S. Special Operations Command place flowers on the Special Operations Forces Memorial after a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, Sept. 1l, 2024. U.S. SOCOM has held a 9/11 Observance Ceremony at the SOF Memorial since 2015, except for 2020 when the Command canceled the ceremony due to COVID.
