U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 28th Medical Group and 28th Security Forces Squadron perform Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) to a simulated casualty during a Cerberus Defender exercise at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., 18 July, 2024.
