A C-130H Hercules aircraft assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing, based at nearby Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, sits on the ramp following a demonstration flight during the 2024 Cleveland National Air Show, held at Burke Lakefront Airport, Sept. 1, 2024. The C-130H is parked just beyond one of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels F/A1-18 Super Hornet aircraft, the featured act of this year’s event. The Mahoning Valley’s Citizen Airmen performed demonstration flights during each day of the air show. The 910th’s new C-130J-30 Super Hercules aircraft also made its public debut at the event, giving guests the opportunity to get an up-close look at the brand-new plane and talk with the aircrew and maintenance personnel. The 910th welcomed the first of eight new C-130J-30 aircraft to YARS during on-base an arrival ceremony on July 16, 2024. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Master Sgt. Bob Barko Jr.)
