QUANG NGAI, Vietnam (Aug. 27, 2024) – Dr. To Ky Nam, right, principal of Dang Thuy Tram Medical College, presents flowers to U.S. Navy Capt. Daniel Keeler, Pacific Partnership 24-2 (PP24-2) mission commander, during a PP24-2 host nation outreach event at the Dang Thuy Tram Medical College in Quang Ngai, Vietnam, Aug. 27, 2024. The event included public performances from the PP24-2 Band and dance routines from the students of the college. The Pacific Partnership Band is comprised of musicians from the U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet Band and the Australian Army Band. Now in its 20th iteration, the Pacific Partnership series is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific. Pacific Partnership works collaboratively with host and partner nations to enhance regional interoperability and disaster response capabilities, increase security and stability in the region, and foster new and enduring friendships in the Indo-Pacific.
