Sergeant Maj. Laurin Nabors served as the keynote speaker Aug. 29 at the Service Award Presentation hosted by the Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center. When veterans become residents of the center, the staff ensure each has received all their service medals. The center hosts an award ceremony annually for its veterans. Nabors is the senior enlisted adviser for the Talent Management Division, Reserve Personnel Management Directorate, U.S. Army Human Resources Command.
