Capt. Nick Swartz, 74th Dive Detachment, 92nd Engineer Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, reported the activities of the Army dive team and assessed their performance as a member of the observer group during Turbo Distribution 24-4 at the Port of Corpus Christi Aug. 12.
The end-state of the training is to make available to the geographic combatant commands a ready and able force to open a seaport and then take the capability that is delivered through the ports of debarkation to a forward node or end-user
