Maj. Gen. Larry Broadwell, 16th Air Force (AFCYBER) deputy commander, is introduced to 16th Air Force’s therapy dog “Bindi Lou.” Bindi, an English golden retriever, is a member of the16th Air Force Therapy Dog Program, established by the 16th Air Force Community of Action Team (CoAT). The CoAT is comprised of the command surgeon and staff, the lead chaplain and his staff, the 16th Air Force True North team, first sergeant, deputy chief of staff and diversity and inclusion offices.
