    Blanchfield Army Community Hospital

    Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) participated with the U.S. Army Reserve in the Mobilization Support Force Exercise at FT McCoy, Wisconsin, McCoy, July 21-Aug. 2. During the Exercise, the medical team medically accessed, screened, vaccinated, and completed 1,897. In the event of Large-Scale Mobilization Operations, the Fort McCoy Mobilization Force Generation Installation will activate, BACH will serve as Command and Control (C2) for the attached Army Reserve - Medical Command units. Tasked with Soldier Readiness Processing operations to include specialty referrals and consultations for deploying Soldiers as well as providing ROLE I/unit level care in support of Army National Guard and Reserve Soldiers and cadre. BACH additionally provides subject matter experts as part of the bridging element to conduct over-the-shoulder training and left seat/right seat operations before the USAR units take full control of operations. BACH is currently augmented by two Medical Support Units, 7241 and 7218 MSU, and one Troop Medical Clinic, 7411 TMC, from Army Reserve Medical Command.
